Ghassan Adawi joined ACOR in 2009. He assists his uncle, Chef Mohammad Adawi, in the ACOR kitchen. Together they prepare meals for all of the residents of the ACOR hostel. They prepare and serve a hot lunch every day at 2 pm.
Ghassan has a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Al-Balqaa University in Jordan, and before joining ACOR he worked in a number of hotels and restaurants in Amman as a waiter and also as a cook.
Ghassan remarked that he enjoys his work because the scholars in residence and the ACOR community are like a family.
